The Bubble Lounge is available for private functions such as corporate events, bi-coastal launches, holidays, engagement parties, weddings, and banquets. The establishment has gained a strong reputation as an outstanding venue for any occasion at each location in San Francisco and in New York. We offer two main party options - the Premium All Inclusive Private Party or the Hosted Private Party with a Minimum Guarantee - either of which can be arranged to accommodate the needs of your event. We specialize in providing an array of services with unique and creative concepts for a truly memorable evening.
PREMIUM ALL INCLUSIVE PRIVATE PARTY
The Event
The All Inclusive Party is a complete premium party package with unlimited open bar, appetizers, and hors-d'oeuvres. This party is not based on consumption and is ideal for large events, offering all the needs of a grand event in a beautiful and elegant atmosphere.
Price
Price is a per guest fee inclusive of all menu items, room rental, staff, gratuities, and New York sales tax. Price is relative to the selected date and time. Please call to inquire about rates.

HOSTED PRIVATE EVENT
With a Minimum Guarantee
The Event
A hosted private event based on consumption with a minimum requirement. The Minimum Guarantee Tab can include any menu item offered by The Bubble Lounge and must be met during the event. The client then has the option to continue the tab over the Minimum or to close it for a Cash Bar. This option is ideal for events on a lighter budget or for those who choose to limit the menu selections. Room Rental fees are waived if the Minimum is met. NY Tax of
8.375% and standard 20% Gratuity are added to the final bill.

Minimum Requirement is based on date, time, and room selection. Please call for more information.
Bar Menu
The Bar may include any Champagne, Sparkling Wines, still wines, liquors, beer, or soft drinks. Final selection is to be decided by the client.
Appetizer and Hors d'Oeuvres
Platters are to be ordered in advance and the client has the option to choose hand-passed service, buffet style, or both. Hot Appetizers, Pasta Buffet, and Dinner Buffet options are also available for this party package.

The Bubble Lounge takes pride in our dedication to charitable causes and non-profit organizations. In the past, we have been recognized for our supportive efforts in fundraising and awareness education by hosting events for many causes such as Breast Cancer, AIDS, Leukemia, and children and families in need. Our company supports the arts from traditional visual to spoken word, as well as various community events, which add to the richness and diversity of the world around us. The Bubble Lounge is also an active member of the Tribeca Organization. This organization was created in the aftermath of the World Trade Center disaster to aid and stimulate the business and growth of Lower Manhattan.
