Ideally located on a historic block of Montgomery Street close to North Beach, the Financial
District, and Union Square, The Bubble Lounge is a truly unique gem among San Francisco's
nightlife. A sibling to the original Bubble Lounge in the chic TriBeCa district of Manhattan,
this location opened in the spring of 1998 as the first West Coast establishment to offer such
an extensive selection of bubbly from around the world. This is the "ultimate champagne
source" where "champagnes can be discovered and enjoyed", a perfect choice for any
occasion. Since its premiere in spring of 1998, The Bubble Lounge continues to be one of the
hottest night spots in all of the Bay Area for both natives and tourists, champagne
connoisseurs and novices alike...
The Bubble Lounge's decadent menu is mirrored by its luxurious interior décor. The entrance
leads into an extravagant main room with high ceilings and the building's original brick walls
decorated with champagne collectibles and artwork. Ten inviting salons are furnished with
satin couches, overstuffed chairs, rich mahogany, and marble tables - all under the soft,
warm glow of candlelight. Downstairs is The Krug Room, an even more intimate space
reminiscent of traditional champagne cellars with a private bar. The ambience is elegant, yet very comfortable, welcoming to a wide range of guests
from the young professionals after work to the stylish and fashionable of late night.

California State Liquor Authority Laws prevent us from serving anyone after 1:45am every day of the week. For this
reason, last call is done at 1:30am Tuesday through Saturday. All drinks must be taken away from customers at
2:00am according to the law.

DRINKING:
The Bubble Lounge will refuse entry to any person under the age of 21, any person visibly under the
influence of illegal drugs, and any person who is inebriated. It is expected that all our patrons will
conduct themselves in a manner that does not offend other guests.
Any customer found consuming illegal drugs, interfering with the comfort of other clients, behaving in an
inappropriate or disruptive manner, or visibly intoxicated will be either refused service or asked to leave
the premises.
SMOKING:
Anyone found smoking will be refused service or asked to leave.
The Bubble Lounge strictly enforces the smoking ban established in the State of California on
January 1, 1998.
COVER CHARGE:
There is no cover charge to enter any Bubble Lounge, unless a fund raiser event
is scheduled. Occasionally, The Bubble Lounge organizes "Meet the Winemaker"
events where customers are required to pay a flat fee at the door, providing them with
the opportunity to taste dozens of different champagnes and sparkling wines, as well as
several food samples from San Francisco restaurants.
